After graduating from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1998 — winning the James Tuckerfield Award for Prosthodontics — John built one of Melbourne’s most respected cosmetic practices. His fascination with clear aligner technology led him to complete over 3,000 Invisalign cases, earning Black Diamond Provider status and a lifetime achievement award.
But John didn’t stop at clinical mastery. He founded the Aesthetic Orthodontic and Restorative Training Academy (AORTA), became President of the Australasian Clear Aligner Society, launched Clear Idea magazine, and joined the editorial board of the Journal of Aligner Orthodontics. Today he teaches dentists across Australia the techniques he has perfected over two decades.
